Well, this is definitely new, exciting and has the realistic grunge look of nihei's BLAME! art work if you're familiar with him. The helmet looks organic, molded to the frame of the soldier and the eyes are glowing, most empty its amazing. The details in the mask and helmet could go on for days, this is a very great product of effective lighting. The fact that you did this on the galaxy tablet really takes my breathe away. its very solid work.

Now, if I had to nitpick, the arm sort of dissapears into the chest, the chest is lacking but the angle at which the soldier is standing gives it the appearance that the shoulder strap/mechanism for holding the gun covers or slings over the shoulder. the light is coming in off of the right hand side, I'd have liked to see what you could do if the light revealed a little more in his chest area but I think the detail for this work is focused from the neck up. Polish it and give the arms and chest a little more detail and this will be a great work.

Wow, where to begin? It's amazing how I can actually see a story form around this character. He doesn't come off as any other suited soldier design. Those piercing eyes just vibratre with character. This piece has so much style, it's an instant eye-catcher and the more I look at it, the deeper I get into it's (dare I say) representation. The grafitti style brush gives off a street feel to this sci-fi character. This gives it such a complex and suffering human hint. It's an inticing suprise to a cold-steeled figure such as this. Nothing is more interesting to me than what may be the background for this character. All I would hope is that it is as complicated as his armor.

the sudden and dramatic eyecontact/lighting make it very engaging with the viewer,
an entire scene develops from this one key still
